Our Services

The Fifth Season provides professional personal color analysis services, including in-person color analysis, virtual color analysis, color analysis for two, color analysis parties, and related personalized recommendations and resources.

Our services are designed to provide personalized guidance regarding color, clothing, makeup, accessories, and related styling choices.

Color analysis is a personalized service. Results and recommendations are based on the methodology, professional assessment, and information available at the time of your analysis.

Booking and Payment

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or by contacting The Fifth Season directly.

Payment requirements, service pricing, appointment duration, and any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Certain services may require payment in full at the time of booking.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and current contact and payment information.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and significant preparation goes into each personalized experience.

Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

No-shows are considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Because appointments are scheduled for a specific amount of time, arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your analysis. In certain circumstances, an appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Color Analysis Results

Color analysis is a professional assessment intended to provide guidance and practical recommendations.

Because individual appearance can be affected by lighting, hair color, makeup, tanning, photography, fabric, monitor settings, and other factors, The Fifth Season does not guarantee that every color will appear identical under every circumstance.

Your recommendations are intended to serve as a personalized guide rather than a rigid set of rules.

The Fifth Season does not guarantee that following color recommendations will result in a particular appearance, purchase outcome, compliment, confidence level, or other specific result.

Virtual Color Analysis

Virtual color analysis is performed using photographs submitted by the client.

Clients are responsible for following the photography instructions provided before their appointment and for submitting clear, accurate, and appropriate photographs.

Because virtual analysis does not involve in-person professional draping, lighting and photographic conditions may affect the assessment.

The Fifth Season will use reasonable professional judgment based on the photographs provided, but cannot guarantee that a virtual analysis will provide the same level of precision as an in-person analysis.

Personalized Guides & Materials

Digital color guides, palettes, recommendations, shopping resources, and other materials provided as part of a service are intended for the individual client for whom they were created.

These materials may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, copied, or used to provide services to others without written permission from The Fifth Season.

All original guides, written materials, graphics, color resources, educational content, and other intellectual property created by The Fifth Season remain the property of The Fifth Season, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Color Wallets & Other Add-Ons

Personalized Color Wallets and other optional products or add-ons may be available for an additional fee.

Pricing and availability will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Purchases of physical products are subject to any applicable purchase, payment, fulfillment, and return terms provided at the time of purchase.

Color Analysis Parties

Color Analysis Parties require a minimum of four participants unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Party pricing and arrangements may vary depending on group size, location, timing, and requested services.

Party bookings must be arranged directly with The Fifth Season, and specific pricing and booking terms will be provided before the party is confirmed.

Shopping Recommendations

The Fifth Season may provide personalized shopping resources, product recommendations, beauty recommendations, and links to third-party retailers.

These recommendations are provided for convenience and are not guarantees of product availability, pricing, suitability, performance, or results.

The Fifth Season is not responsible for products purchased from third-party retailers or for changes to third-party websites, product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, or customer service.
